By submitting an order, the purchaser confirms that all products are being acquired solely for laboratory research use by qualified personnel in an appropriate research environment.

PaxPeptide may decline, cancel, or hold any order that appears inconsistent with this restriction or with the information submitted during checkout.

Catalog information is provided to identify product specifications, vial format, storage guidance, pricing, and availability for laboratory procurement. Listings are not medical, wellness, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, cosmetic, or personal-use claims.

Inventory, pricing, images, and specifications may be updated as batches, sourcing, or operational requirements change.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming that products, quantities, storage practices, and intended research workflows comply with their institutional policies and applicable requirements.

PaxPeptide currently ships only within the United States. Orders with incomplete shipping information or destinations outside supported service areas may be held or cancelled.

Order acceptance is not final until PaxPeptide completes its operational and research-use-only review. Shipping labels, tracking, and fulfillment status are generated only after the required review and payment steps are complete.

Refunds, replacement products, returns, order changes, and cancellations are governed by the Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations Policy. That policy is part of these Terms of Sale.

If a product arrives with a visible issue, PaxPeptide will resolve the affected product by issuing a refund or sending a replacement product in accordance with that policy.
